| As the Managing Director of Institutional Sales, Rob leads all efforts associated with the distribution of Allegiant’s investment management capabilities to the institutional market. Before joining Allegiant, Rob worked at Northern Trust Global Investments as Senior Vice President and Senior Product Manager for Quantitative Management, where he directed the production and distribution of all index, enhanced index and quantitative investment products through the institutional and retail marketplace. Rob was also responsible for redirecting the organization’s approach to marketing all investment products through the consultant channel and coordinating all consultant calling initiatives. Rob began his career with Ennis, Knupp & Associates, a national consulting firm in Chicago, focusing exclusively on institutional investors. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

| David is responsible for the communication of investment policy, process, and structure across the Allegiant Asset Management Company’s internal client base. Additionally, he manages the firm’s sales support function, including the request for proposal response process. David has extensive investment experience including positions in portfolio management and investment administration. David has been with the firm since its inception in 1995. A CFA charterholder, David received a B.S. from Marquette University and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.

| Tim leads Institutional Sales for the northeastern U.S. and for the state of Pennsylvania. He provides investment solutions for corporations, endowments, foundations, public funds and 401(k) plans, and he also works with Allegiant’s Pennsylvania client service team to deepen relationships with existing clients. Tim has an extensive contact network and years of experience in quickly assessing client needs and matching them with the appropriate strategy, a strong combination of sales and client service skills. Before joining Allegiant, he was a client consultant with Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., an investment advisory firm, where he was charged with selling and servicing products and managing over 150 client relationships. Previously, he was with Unumprovident, a specialty insurance provider. Tim holds a B.S. in Marketing from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

| Tom joined Allegiant's parent company, National City Corporation, in 1992 as Senior Vice President of Taft-Hartley sales and service. Tom brings more than 25 years of special market experience to the firm, previously being with Ameritrust as Vice President, Taft-Hartley Marketing, and prior to that position, with several financial services firms, continuously focused on all aspects of the Taft-Hartley sector. At Allegiant, he utilizes his expertise in both the sales and service arenas. Tom holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. in management from Xavier University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

| Barry leads sales of separate account strategies and proprietary mutual funds to financial intermediaries, including banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers, mutual fund sponsors and other financial services companies. He provides clients and prospects with a wide range of investment solutions, such as sub-advisory arrangements and the placement of funds on financial platforms, for example, defined contribution recordkeeping platforms. Barry has many years of experience in the financial services business, including institutional investment sales in his current role with Allegiant, as well as lead M&A sales and acquisition roles within corporate development groups for several major financial services companies. Barry holds a B.S. from West Virginia University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He is also a Level I candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

| Jeff is a member of the institutional sales team and works with client service to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and support existing client relationships primarily in the Taft-Hartley community. He joined the firm’s Chicago team in September 2007. Prior to joining Allegiant, Jeff was a senior vice president of institutional sales at BNY ConvergEx Group (Lynch, Jones & Ryan), where he oversaw 200 plan sponsor relationships. He also was an associate vice president/regional consultant for The Burridge Group, managing institutional and high net worth client relationships in a nine-state territory, and a stockbroker for OLDE Discount Corp./H&R Block Financial Advisors, Inc. Jeff has a B.A. from North Central College in Illinois and holds securities licenses 6, 7, 52, 63 and 65.

| Laurie leads Allegiant’s institutional sales on the West Coast, focusing primarily on Public Funds. Prior to joining Allegiant, she demonstrated a successful track record of developing business within entrepreneurial companies. In seven years with FTSE Americas Inc., as Director for FTSE America’s Western North American business, she managed institutional sales, business development and client service and significantly expanded the firm’s presence in the region. She was also with MyPoints.com, Inc., as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., as Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States, and American Futures Group, Inc., as Senior Sales Executive. She is a decorated veteran of the United States Army, a member of the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Laurie earned a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco and holds a Series 7 FINRA license.

| Don joined the firm in 2004, with responsibility for institutional sales throughout Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Missouri, Indiana and Kentucky. Don has over 30 years of investment management experience and was previously with Provident Investment Advisors as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager. In this capacity, he formulated investment policy and strategy, leading the decision making process for Ohio analysts and portfolio managers, and he managed high profile institutional and private client portfolios. Prior to Provident, Don was with Wachovia Corporation, Interstate/Johnson Lane and Merrill Lynch. He holds a B.A. from Pfeiffer University and an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech.

| Andy is Director of sales for Allegiant Asset Management Company with responsibility for 401(k) and Defined Benefit plan sales nationally, and coverage of select markets in Ohio. He has extensive experience in the institutional retirement plan industry, and came to the corporate parent, National City, in 2004 from Diversified Investment Advisors where he served as Vice President of sales. Prior to that he held similar positions at Fifth Third Investment Advisors in Cincinnati, and Federated Investors in Chicago. Andy received a B.S. from Ohio University, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

| As Director, Financial Institution Sales, Greg is the primary point of contact between Allegiant and financial intermediaries, such as banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers and other financial services companies that distribute our products. Before joining the firm, he was the National Accounts Director at Touchstone Investments in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also served a number of years as a mutual fund research analyst, which he believes allows him to relate better to his clients. Greg earned his B.S. degree from Northern Kentucky University and holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses.

| Chris leads Allegiant’s institutional sales in the Southeast. He is based in the Atlanta area where he has long-standing institutional contacts and relationships. He has a wealth of product knowledge, having sold an array of products to almost every institutional segment. He has an established track record of developing sales territories and cultivating new business. Prior to joining Allegiant, Chris was with BNY Asset Management/The Bank of New York, selling products such as hedge funds of funds, real estate, bank loan pools, and other active and passive equity and fixed income products. Previous sales experience includes positions with Gabelli Asset Management, Berger Financial Group, and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. Chris holds a B.A. degree from Auburn University, and series 7 and 65 licenses, as well as the Georgia series 63 license.

| Kelly specializes in investment solutions for public sector and multi-employer defined benefit plans. In addition to the close working relationship Kelly maintains with clients, plan sponsors and trustees, he works with product managers and senior management to identify trends in the public fund sector and monitor the firm’s compliance with local, state and federal laws applicable to our public fund clients. Kelly is active in several regional and national associations and is a member of the Illinois Pension Advisory Committee. Prior to joining Allegiant, Kelly held similar positions with Banc One Investment Advisors and its successor, JP Morgan. Kelly has served as a registered lobbyist in the Illinois General Assembly, and as a public fund trustee for six years. A Certified Public Accountant, Kelly received a B.S. from Illinois College and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.

| Christine is responsible for Marketing and Communications. Christine brings over a decade of investment management marketing experience in achieving financial goals through implementing and executing an integrated, strategic marketing framework. Most recently with JP Morgan (Banc One Investment Advisors Corporation), she developed highly successful marketing plans, created and managed budgets, selected and managed vendors, developed brand identity (logo and graphic standards), positioned, created collateral materials, and managed client events and industry conference sponsorships, managed public relations, executed sales and advertising campaigns, developed web sites and coordinated client satisfaction surveys. She also facilitated the development of the strategic plan and assessed and refined processes and procedures that moved the business forward, crafted messages and documents at all levels, which optimized business results and demonstrated success in complex projects, redesign and change initiatives. Christine holds a B.S. degree from Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. |
